  On Thursday, 1-5-17, our Mail Carrier, stuffed a package, in our curb side mail box, it should have delivered to the porch. He/she had to spend more time stuffing this package in the box, than walking it to the porch. Another thing, the normal carrier sits out in her truck honking the horn to get the residence to walk out and get the package.

  Never had an issue in my 20+ years of living in Cedar Hill. In the last 6 months or so we must have got a new carrier. Everyone is constantly getting each other's mail/packages. A couple mistakes here and there are fine but this is getting ridiculous. Luckily we know almost everyone so we can drive it to the right house... Except this time I don't know who got my $200 package and something tells me I won't get it back. Everyone would be better off going to the post office to pick up. You'd think between tax dollars and actual payment for these packages, that would be enough to get the job done right. Something has to change.

  If your drivers can not walk to the door to drop off a package. They shouldn't be doing delivery give them an office job. My secure box was just inside the fence line and now I have to wait til monday to get my package. Second time in 2 weeks my packages are delayed due to a unsecured location being available. Which was within reach they just didn't want to put forth the effot.
